This is a great adventure. Will there be a book on this Route? I followed Route 66 part of the way in April 1991, also an amazing route, but good portions have been ruined by now. Thank you for this Travelogue on US 83.

Looking forward to your finished product Stew. I vividly remember traveling down '83' with my parents back in the 60's to my Aunt & Uncle's place 46 miles south of Valentine and marveling at the Sand Hills even then.
